Over the next five years the joint venture will provide student accommodation at the university starting with its new Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus.
This scheme will see the partnership construct approximately 1,200 new bed spaces primarily for students studying at the campus.
Work is expected to start in 2019 and it is due to open in 2021/2022.
“We are delighted to be entering into this partnership with the University of Bristol,” said Martin Hadland, commercial director at Campus Living Villages UK.
